Soup Supper and Ash Wednesday Service

All Church Soup Supper at 6:00 p.m.

Ash Wednesday Service at 6:40 p.m., in the SanctuaryIn the Western Christian calendar, it is the first day of Lent and occurs 46 days (40 days not counting Sundays) before Easter. It is a moveable fast, falling on a different date each year because it is dependent on the date of Easter. Ash Wednesday derives its name from the practice of placing ashes on the foreheads of adherents as a sign of repentance. The ashes used are typically gathered after the Palm Crosses from the previous year's Palm Sunday are burned. Let worship begin our Lenten journey together!

Taizé Services

Experience God anew through a time of quiet, contemplative worship in the style of Taizé. A darkened chapel illuminated by glowing candles welcomes you to this unique worship experience, with simple chants, scripture readings and times of silence leading us into God’s presence.

Taizé worship is held on occasional Thursday evenings at 7:15 p.m. in the Chapel throughout the year. Visit our News Page to look for upcoming services.
